How does my donation get from Hallmark Insights to the charitable

service, to distribute your donation to charities in the category
you selected. |

What is JustGive.org? |
|
JustGive.org is a non-profit service whose
mission is to connect people with the charities and causes they care
about and to increase overall giving. For more information about

How much of my donation actually goes to the charity? |
|
97 percent of your donation will be distributed
to the charitable category of your choice. JustGive.org will deduct 3 percent from your
donation to cover their transaction costs.

To which charities can I donate? |
You can donate a portion or your entire Premiere
Choice Award to Charity. Select from the following charitable categories: Animals,
Children & Youth, Disaster Relief, Environment and Hunger & Poverty.
Each category consists of several charities. When you select the category of your choice,
JustGive.org will divide your donation equally among the charities in that category. The
charities included in each category are as follow:

For example: If you chose to donate $90.00 to the
Environment Category, JustGive.org will deduct 3 percent ($2.70) to cover
their transaction costs and then donate $29.10 each to American Forests,
Rainforest Action Network and Natural Resources Defense Council.
Premiere Choice Award currently only offers the ability to donate by category,
we cannot donate to a specific charity. If you'd like more information about any of the

Can I donate a portion of my Premiere
Choice Award to charity and redeem part of it for a gift certificate? |

Of course you can! You can donate a portion of
your Premiere Choice Award to a charitable category and redeem the
remainder for a gift certificate to the merchant(s) of your choice,
or you can donate to multiple charitable categories. Just indicate the
desired dollar amount next to each charitable donation or merchant
selection until the full amount of your Premiere Choice Award has
been allocated. |

Is my charitable donation tax deductible? |

Charitable donations made at www.PremiereChoiceAward.com
may be tax deductible. If you have further questions about tax information and
charitable donations, please contact a tax specialist or accountant. |

Will I get a receipt for my charitable donation? |
|
Yes. When you redeem your Premiere Choice Award
for a charitable option, we will send you an e-mail with a link to your
receipt to confirm your donation. |

Can I donate my Premiere Choice Award
to a local charity or specific organization? |
|
If you prefer to donate your Premiere Choice Award
to a local charity or specific organization, we suggest that you redeem
your Premiere Choice Award for a merchant gift certificate that would be
useful to that charity and donate the gift certificate directly. |
