Hallmark Insights (HMKI), founded in 1990, is a leading provider of gift certificates to the business and consumer markets. Beginning with interactive registry and gift certificate kiosks, GCC has evolved into a firm specializing in providing gift certificates both to businesses for corporate recognition, reward and incentive programs and to consumers. In June 2000, GCC merged with Hallmark Cards, Inc. The merger will allow GCC to offer gift certificates in conjunction with other Hallmark products and services through Hallmark's various business units, including Hallmark.com and Hallmark Loyalty Marketing Group.

Introduced to the business market in 1993, the Premiere Choice Award® is GCC's corporate recognition, reward and incentive tool. The Premiere Choice Award is the best recognition, reward and incentive tool because it is flexible, simple to administer and offers a wide range of choice to recipients. PremiereChoiceAward.com was launched in October 1999, allowing GCC's corporate customers to fulfill all their reward, recognition and incentive needs online. Also in October 1999, GCC launched GiftCertificatCenter.com, allowing consumers to purchase gift certificates from more than 350 merchants at one site.

GCC has developed a very simple, efficient and secure online fulfillment system that makes it easy to do business with us. Users enter required basic award or gift certificate information, enter a personalized message and submit the order. The combination of our printing capabilities and our online order integration means orders for awards and gift certificates ship the same day. GCC is the only provider of gift certificates that is permitted to print its merchant partners' gift certificates on-site. Having the trust of our merchant partners allows GCC to provide the quickest fulfillment time in the industry.

GCC has partnered with more than 350 national, regional and local merchants to provide on-demand gift certificate printing to fulfill all the gift certificate needs of our customers. Our merchant partners include national retailers such as Best Buy, Coach, Eddie Bauer®, The Home Depot®, Macy's and Marshall Fields's®.

Through the Premiere Choice Award, GCC provides gift certificates to more than 6,000 corporations nationwide. Our client list includes Fortune 500 companies such Hewlett-Packard, Abbott Laboratories, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Honeywell and Owens Corning.
