Effective March 15, 2006, Gift Certificate Center, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, Inc., began doing business under the trade name Hallmark Insights.
Prepayment is required on all orders. Methods of payment are:
ACH/Direct Deposit: We can receive your funds via electronic transfer, such as ACH or a wire transfer.
Credit Card: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.
Company Check: Checks are accepted for any order size.
Price and Tax
All federal, state, and local taxes and fees with respect to this order, if any, are payable by
Purchaser. Orders which are not shipped within 90 days of the date of this Agreement because of
Purchaser's instructions shall be subject to price increase without notice.
Shipping/Delivery Terms
Orders are processed and shipped same
day if the order is received by 2:00pm Central time, Monday
through Friday. Standard processing includes shipment
via Postal Service First Class mail. Priority shipping is available via
FedEx Priority for a nominal fee. Freight terms are
FOB SHIPPING POINT, Minneapolis, MN 55402. All delivery expenses,
including transportation, freight, insurance, and any other shipping
costs, shall be for the account of Purchaser. Risk of loss shall
pass to the purchaser upon deposit in US Mail or with Federal Express.
Unless otherwise instructed, selection of carrier and routing
of all shipments shall be at Hallmark Insights' discretion.
Premiere Choice Awards...
- Can be replaced prior to redemption if misplaced or stolen. Please call 800-765-4438 for assistance.
- Can be returned prior to redemption for credit. Returns will be accepted within 1 year of the original order,
for credit only. Credit memos will reflect the face value of the awards only. Service fees are nonrefundable.
Gift Certificates...
- Cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Expired, lost, or stolen gift certificates
cannot be reissued.
- Are fulfilled to the address supplied
on the award redemption form. Hallmark Insights will not be responsible for
lost certificates as a result of non-delivery due to incorrect
or illegible addresses or other occurrences outside of our control.
Title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon deposit
in the US Mail or with Federal Express.
- Gift certificates are only valid in the US,
Puerto Rico or Canada as allowed by merchant. Gift certificates are
not valid at international locations.

Gift Certificate Terms
Each retailer establishes its own policies.
Gift certificates feature specific retailer terms and conditions,
including expiration date and any cash back policies.
Unredeemed Awards
In order to offset the costs and expenses of maintaining unredeemed
Premiere Choice Awards on its books and records, Hallmark Insights
reserves the right to assess a service charge not to exceed $2.00 per
month on any Premiere Choice Awards that are not redeemed within 24
months of issuance.
Force Majure
Hallmark Insights shall not be liable for any delays
in the delivery of orders, due in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, to fire, acts of God, strike, shortage of raw materials,
supplies or components, retooling, upgrading of technology, delays
of carriers, embargo, government order or directive, or any other
circumstance beyond Hallmark Insights' reasonable control. Purchaser agrees
that Hallmark Insights shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential
or special damages which may result from any such delays.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hallmark Insights, be liable for any
indirect, consequential or special damages and in all cases Hallmark Insights'
liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Award or
Certificate. APPLICABLE LAW: This agreement shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the internal laws (and not
the laws of conflicts) of the State of Minnesota. INSPECTION AND
ACCEPTANCE: Purchaser must inspect delivered Awards and/or Certificates
and report claim for damages or shortages in writing within ten
(10) days of delivery or the Awards and/or Certificates shall
be deemed irrevocably accepted and such claims shall be deemed
waived.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is
found to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the validity
and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
All clerical errors are subject to correction. The failure of
Hallmark Insights to enforce at any time any of the provisions of the Agreement
shall not be construed to be a waiver of such provisions nor the
right of Hallmark Insightsr to enforce such provisions in the future. Purchaser
may not assign any rights under this Agreement without the written
consent of Hallmark Insights. Purchaser shall have no right to set off amounts
due with respect to one transaction for claims under any other
transaction with Hallmark Insights. Any disputes arising under this Agreement
shall be resolved, if not sooner settled, by a state or federal
court of competent jurisdiction located in Minneapolis or St.
Paul, Minnesota, U.S.A., and the Purchaser hereby irrevocably
submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
